1. Will I pay for delivery?

The cost of delivery is covered by the Seller provided that the value of products delivered together at a single address according to the pricelist at ofix.pl is at least net PLN 250. Below this value the cost of transport is covered by the Customer and added to his invoice as follows:

                if the value of order (orders for the same day) is net PLN 150 - 249.99 – the cost of delivery is net PLN 10

                if it is less than net PLN 150 – net PLN 15.                                                                               

2. When will I receive the products ordered today?

The delivery is made on the next business day if the order is placed by 4 p.m. The order placed after 4 p.m. will be delivered on the second business day after the day the order is placed. If you wish to get your delivery on another (later) day, chose the date from the calendar.  

If the product is available in smaller quantity than you ordered or its delivery is connected with the longer waiting time, we will contact you and set the convenient term of delivery.      

                                                                                  

3. Will I receive the invoice together with the product?

Yes, the driver will deliver the document – invoice or CI – together with the product. The original document is for you, and the signed copy gets back to us.

4. What should I do if the package is damaged?

Taking care of the highest quality of service, we would like to ask you to pay attention to the condition of the package delivered by courier (TNT, Siódemka and other companies). In case of any damage (the cardboard is torn, the tape is damaged, the package is wet), the damage report should be prepared in the presence of the courier, signed by the receiver and the courier and sent in a form of a scan at info@ofix.pl or a fax: 61 655 00 55.
